1.Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

Delivery Timelines
  • Estimated delivery is within 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
    Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS.
  • Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier service delays, public holidays, or festivals. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
What is the cost of shipping?
  • At NOMANI CREATION, we offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders across India, with no minimum order value.
  • There are no hidden charges — the price displayed on the product page is the final amount you pay.
My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you can track its progress through the “Track Your Order” section on our website.
  • Tracking details will be available within 24 hours after your order is shipped from our warehouse. This allows you to monitor your package status in real time until it reaches your doorstep.
What Should I Do If My Order Dispatch Is Delayed?

Lost Shipments
  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, it may be considered lost in transit. In such cases, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number and relevant details.
  • We will investigate the matter and resolve it as quickly as possible. Depending on the outcome, we may reship your order or issue a refund in accordance with our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
Tampered or Opened Packages
  • If you receive a package that appears to have been tampered with or opened during transit, please do not accept the delivery.
  • Immediately contact our customer support team with your order details. Our team will guide you on the appropriate next steps to ensure your safety and a proper resolution.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please report the issue to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.
  • To initiate the return or replacement process, kindly follow the procedure outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided by Customer
  • If there is an issue with the shipping address, please contact us immediately to make corrections. Orders cannot be rerouted once they have been shipped.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at the time of order are accurate and complete.
  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already been shipped, NOMANI CREATION will not be responsible for non-delivery or lost packages.

In such cases:

  • If the shipment is returned to us by the courier, the customer will be notified.
  • The order can be re-shipped, but additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  • If the order is not returned and is marked as “delivered” at the wrong address, no refund or replacement will be issued.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Please enter your pincode on the checkout page to check if COD is available in your region.

  • Once your order is dispatched via COD, you will receive tracking details and the courier partner’s name for easy tracking.

  • The full order amount must be paid to the delivery person before receiving the package and signing the delivery sheet. The package can be opened only after payment is made.

  • Do not accept the order if the package seal is broken or unsealed at the time of delivery. Such orders will not be accepted for return or replacement.

Shipping & Partial Cash on Delivery
  • To ensure genuine orders and reduce return losses, we follow a confirmation process for all COD orders.
  • After placing a COD order, our team will contact you via call or WhatsApp to confirm your order.
  • Once confirmed, you will be required to pay a small token amount (partial advance) via PhonePe / Google Pay / UPI to confirm your shipment.
  • After receiving the token amount, your order will be dispatched.
  • At the time of delivery, you only need to pay the remaining balance amount. The token amount will be adjusted in the final payable amount.
Important Notice
  • If the customer refuses delivery, the token amount is non-refundable.
  • The token amount will be used to cover return (RTO) shipping and handling charges.

2.Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our trusted payment gateway partner.

Payment Security
  • All transactions are encrypted and processed through PCI-DSS compliant systems.
  • We do not store any sensitive payment information, such as card numbers, CVV, or UPI PIN, on our servers.
  • In case of a failed transaction, any deducted amount will be automatically refunded by your bank or payment provider within 5–7 business days.
Payment Confirmation
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Once your payment is successful, you will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation with your order details.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation within a few hours, please check your payment status and contact our customer support for assistance.
Multiple Payment Attempts / Failed Transactions

If your payment fails for any reason, you can retry the transaction or choose an alternative payment method.

  • Orders are not confirmed until the payment is successful.

  • In case of any deducted amount during a failed transaction, the amount will be automatically refunded to your bank/payment provider within 5–7 business days.

International Shipping

Free international shipping is available on orders above ₹9,999 for selected countries. Shipping charges for other locations will be calculated at checkout.

NOMANI CREATION ships products internationally to multiple countries and provides free international shipping on eligible orders, ensuring reliable delivery and dedicated support for our customers.

  • Please note that customs duties, import duties, VAT, and other local taxes imposed by the destination country are not included in the product price and remain the sole responsibility of the customer. Such charges, where applicable, must be settled directly with the designated shipping carrier. Our international shipping partners ( Delhivery, Shiprocket, FedEx) in accordance with their payment procedures. Shipments are released for final delivery upon completion of customs clearance and payment of applicable duties.
  • NOMANI CREATION ensures compliance with all export regulations and customs requirements applicable in India. The consignee is responsible for complying with all import laws, regulations, and requirements of the destination country.

    In the event that a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or not cleared by customs for any reason, NOMANI CREATION reserves the right to process a refund after deducting applicable return shipping charges, duties, and any additional costs incurred.

  • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, NOMANI CREATION shall not be held liable for delays resulting from customs procedures, carrier-related issues, force majeure events, or incorrect shipping information provided at the time of order placement.
