1.Return Policy

All NOMANI CREATION Assured products are quality-checked for fabric, stitching, and packaging before dispatch. We take extra care to make sure your order reaches you safely and on time, with our promise of 100% satisfaction.

Easy Returns
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Items must not be damaged, altered, or show signs of use.

  • Returns will be accepted only after inspection by our quality team.

  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
  • If you wish to return a product for personal reasons (e.g., If you did not like the product or size issue or change of mind), return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  • If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • The applicable return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.
How do I request a return?

To initiate a return, please email us at support@nomanicreation.com or WhatsApp: +91 78600 63412 within 7 days of receiving your order. Our customer support team will respond within 48 hours with detailed instructions to complete your return request.

2.Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. If the product is damaged or the wrong size, you will receive an exchange option.

Shipping Charges – When Are They Applicable?

We always aim to provide a smooth exchange experience. However, in some cases, customers may be responsible for the shipping charges involved in exchanging a product.

Shipping charges apply when
  • The customer selects the wrong size while ordering.

  • The customer wants to exchange the product for a different color or style.

  • The exchange request is based on personal preference or change of mind.

     In these cases, the customer is responsible for the cost of both return shipping and re-delivery.

Shipping charges do not apply when
  • We have sent the wrong size or product by mistake.

  • The item received is damaged or defective.

  • The product listing was unclear (e.g., incorrect size chart or missing information).

    In such cases, we will cover the return and re-shipping costs.

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Exchanges are allowed once per product, subject to stock availability.

  • Valid reasons: size issue, color change, or damaged item.

  • Return shipping for exchanges may be chargeable based on location and reason.

Note: We recommend reviewing the product description and size chart carefully before placing an order to avoid unnecessary shipping costs.

3.Refund Policy

We prioritize our customers’ satisfaction, and therefore we process refund requests under specific conditions.
You can submit a refund request within 7 days of delivery of your order. After this period, no refund request will be processed.

Note: The UPI ID or bank details collected from the customer will be used solely for the refund process. These details will not be used for any other purpose and will be handled securely once the refund is complete.

Approved Refund
  • Refund will be initiated only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

  • Timeline: 5–7 business days after return approval.

Order Cancellation (Pre-Dispatch)

Refund will be processed within 3–5 business days after cancellation confirmation.

Prepaid Orders

Refund amount will be processed through original payment method (UPI, Card, Net Banking) only.

COD Orders

Refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer. Customers will need to share valid details (UPI ID or bank details) via email or WhatsApp to receive a refund.

Refund Exclusions
  • Shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable.

  • No refund will be provided for deliveries rejected or returned due to damage or misuse by the customer.

Refund Timeline
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
  • In rare cases, it may take longer for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Lost Shipments & Refunds 
  • In rare cases, shipments may be lost in transit. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support with your order number and details. Nomani Creation will investigate the issue in coordination with the courier service.
  • If the shipment is confirmed lost, you may choose to have the item reshipped or request a refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Customers will receive updates via email, WhatsApp, or SMS throughout the resolution process.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, you can:

  • Return & exchange for the correct product

  • Get a full refund

How to proceed

  • Contact our customer support with your order details and photos.

  • Once we receive the product, we’ll start the refund or replacement.

  • Refunds are processed via your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Note:

  • Product should be unused and in original packaging.

  • Report issues promptly for faster resolution.

Shipping Fees
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • However, if you return a product, the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
