All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

We offer free shipping on all orders across India with no hidden charges. The price you see is the final amount.

Q: What do the different order statuses indicate?

  • Pending / Pending Payment: Your payment hasn’t been completed yet. Once confirmed, your order will move to processing.
  • Processing: Payment received successfully; we are preparing your order for shipment.
  • In Transit: Your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you.
  • Cancelled: Your order was cancelled due to incomplete payment.
  • Closed: Your completed order was cancelled at your request, and a refund has been processed.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS. Delivery may be delayed due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays.

Q: My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you can track it via the Track Your Order section on our website. Tracking details are usually available within 24 hours of shipment, allowing you to monitor your package in real time.

Report the issue to our support team within 24 hours of delivery. Keep the product unused in its original packaging and share clear images. We’ll guide you through the return, replacement, or refund process.

Q. What if I provide an incorrect shipping address?

Please contact us immediately to correct your address. Once shipped, orders cannot be rerouted. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete address details; NOMANI CREATION is not liable for non-delivery or lost packages due to incorrect information.

Q. Are taxes included in the product prices?

Yes. All prices are inclusive of taxes. For international customers, the VAT/ Import Duties/ Local Taxes are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner. These taxes will be chargeable over and above the product/order price you pay.

Q. Who is responsible for taxes on international orders?

For orders shipped outside India, any applicable VAT, import duties, or local taxes must be paid by the customer directly to the courier at the time of delivery. These charges are separate from the product price and shipping fees.

Q. Who is responsible for shipping and delivery charges?
Shipping and delivery costs are paid by the customer and will be included in your total order amount. For international orders, any applicable VAT, import duties, or local taxes must also be paid directly to the courier upon delivery. You can securely pay for your orders using credit /debit cards, net banking, or UPI transactions. All payments are processed online for your convenience and safety.

Q. What should I do if my payment fails?

Please try again in case of payment failure. This can happen for several reasons. You can also contact your bank and inquire regarding the same because sometimes bank might stop transactions for security reasons.

Q. My order was cancelled even though payment went through. What should I do?

with your transaction/reference number. Our team will verify the details and update you on the status of your order promptly.

For India Order modifications, including shipping address changes, can be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact our support team immediately for assistance.
For International Orders: Once placed, international orders cannot be modified or have shipping address changed due to courier restrictions.

Q. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your refund request is approved, the amount is processed within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a little longer for the amount to reflect in your account.

Q. Why was my return request declined?

All return requests are carefully reviewed by our team. To be eligible, the request must be raised within 7 days of delivery and meet our return criteria. Requests that fall outside this timeframe or do not meet the required conditions (such as invalid or unsupported claims) may be declined. In such cases, the product will not qualify for a refund or replacement.
