Cancellation Policy
You can absolutely cancel your order, just keep one small thing in mind. You can cancel your order while it is still in the process of shipment. Due to our handmade and customized products, we do not accept cancellations after order dispatch, as each product is uniquely made and changes or cancellations are not feasible after that. Therefore, we recommend that you inform us as soon as possible, ideally immediately after placing the order, if you need to cancel the order, so that we can take timely action and provide you with better service.
Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before it is dispatched, whichever comes first. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details to process the cancellation.

- Customers may request to cancel their order before dispatch for a full refund.
- If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is still possible, but:
- The customer must refuse the delivery at the time of arrival.
- Once the product is returned to us in unused and undamaged condition, a refund will be processed, excluding any applicable shipping or return costs.
- In case of prepaid orders, refund will be initiated only after we receive the returned product.
- Customized or final sale items are not eligible for cancellation after dispatch.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
You may choose to refuse delivery upon arrival; in that case:
The product must be returned in original condition.
Refund will be processed after receiving the returned item.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Refund Timeline
For prepaid orders, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of cancellation approval.
